Returns and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- You can replace the damaged/faulty product with a non-defective one
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
- Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email info@printingsaver.co.uk with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Orders placement

No, we don't buy back empty cartridges.

No, we do not have a recycle system.

Where I can purchase supplies for my Pantum printer?
On our website you will find toners for Pantum printers.:

Why me printouts are blurry or faded?
- Make sure toner cartridge was unsealed before installation.
- The toner level might be low or uneven. Shake the toner cartridge.
- Try different print resolution setting in printer properties.
- Replace the toner cartridge.
Can I print 2 or more A4 pages (reduced in size) on a single A4 page?
Yes. Select required layout in printer properties.
Can it automatically do printing on both sides at my Pantum P2200W printer?
No. It’s not Duplex printer. For Duplex printing, recommended printer is - Pantum P3500DW Wireless A4 Mono Laser Printer.
Can it print on a 200 g/m² card by my Pantum P2200W?
No. Recommended media weight for P2200W printer is 60 - 163 g/m². For heavy media recommended printer is Pantum P3500DW Wireless A4 Mono Laser Printer, it can take 60~200 g/m² media using Multipurpose tray.
Pantum P2200W is a colour printer, or black and white?
Electrophotographic monochrome laser printer is black and white only.
Does this printer P2200W have a scanner?
No. Recommended printer with scanning feature is Pantum M6507NW A4 Multifunction Mono Laser Printer.
